I work across day-to-day support, incident resolution, systems troubleshooting, and business-critical technology operations, with a focus on reliability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. One of the biggest things in cyber defense is not just stopping every attack, but noticing when something feels off early enough to respond. For data breaches, useful signs could include unusual login attempts, unexpected data transfers, strange user behavior, alerts from security tools, or systems acting differently than normal. A good response starts with documenting what happened, protecting affected systems, escalating to the right team, and making sure the issue is contained before it spreads.
